Presently, Pune is in dire need of renovating its housing patterns, in order to accommodate the ever-growing population. Hence, the only sensible alternative is to re-develop existing buildings, into quality and affordable houses. We embarked on a journey called - Gruha Navnirman Developers in 2011, continuing the legacy of Pate Developers this is an exclusive redevelopment wing who has spread its wings across the city eventually upgrading as an independent identity of GNN Homes in 2021
